Training · Nutrition · One screen

How today
is going.

Gymswell keeps your training and your plate on one screen and says where the day stands: what is left, what is done, how the week is shaping up. It states the day. It does not nag you to start it.

Free on the web. The iPhone app is in TestFlight; the App Store listing is on its way.

The Dashboard, as it looked this afternoon. Rebuilt here in HTML; every number is real.

AI food logging

Snap it. It is logged.

Photo, voice, a sentence, a barcode or a re-log. Whatever is fastest at the table.

  • Portions measured from the photo, not guessed
  • Say it or type it: “chicken wrap and a banana”
  • Barcodes read the label and tell you the source
  • Re-log any food in one tap
  • Ceilings for sodium, saturated fat and added sugar

The coach

A plan built from your log.

One tap on any exercise. The sets land on the card, capped by what you have actually lifted lately.

  • Beat a PR · Build muscle · Top set + back-offs · Next weight
  • Warm-up ramp added when you start cold
  • Never prescribes above your recent capacity
  • Stuck lifts get a deload plan that prefills next time
  • Knows you ran yesterday and says rest when it should
Top Set + Back-offs prescription: warm-up sets, PR attempt at 180 for 6, back-off sets, with reasoning and Apply to Workout
How should I plan Incline Bench Press? Beat a PR, Build muscle, Top set + back-offs, Next weight

In the session

Every set on one row.

Set, previous, weight, reps, done. Nothing else on the row, and nothing you need is more than a tap away.

  • Warm-up, PR and back-off sets labelled on the row
  • Rest timer starts the moment you confirm a set
  • Lock Screen Live Activity for the session and the clock
  • Voice log: “three sets of eight at 135”
  • Weights in your machine’s unit, snapped to real plates
  • Swipe a set away; drag to reorder
Live workout: rest running, Incline Bench Press set table with warm-up, PR and back-off rows

The library

Every lift filmed in a real gym.

Not stock footage. Each movement, per piece of equipment, filmed by us. Missing one? Ask and it gets filmed.

  • 160 videos across more than eighty movements
  • Barbell, dumbbell, Smith, cable and machine variants
  • Pick muscles on the body, or in 3D
  • Custom exercises when you need one
  • Import a plan from a screenshot or pasted text

AI Coach

Ask about your own training.

By voice or by text, over your logged sets, PRs and meals. Not a chatbot with a fitness prompt.

  • Analyze last workout: PRs, progress, recovery
  • What to train today, based on history
  • Am I hitting my goals? What to eat to close the gap
  • Weekly nutrition report
  • Generated workouts are scored out of ten before you see them

Read the screen

One screen, four decisions.

Most dashboards are a stack of widgets that all shout at once. This one had every element argued over. Scroll, and the screen will show you what each part is for.

  1. 01

The number is what you have left.

Not what you burned, not a score. Room left is the honest state for most of a day, so that is the figure set large. The goal and what you have eaten sit under it in plain words.

  2. 02

The ring fills as you eat.

It shipped the other way first, emptying as the day went on. A gauge that hits zero after a perfect day is a gauge that lies. Now it grows with the day, and it prints past 100% when that is the truth.

  3. 03

    The week ends today.

Seven rolling days, counted in days trained rather than sessions logged. It never empties itself on a Monday morning, and the count in the title is the same count the ticks show, by construction.

  4. 04

    Colour is for data.

White is for words. Green means on target and nothing else on the screen is allowed to be green. The theme accent paints no furniture here, so when something is coloured, it is saying something.

Start today.

Log a set, log a meal, and the Dashboard starts telling the truth about your day. No card up front, no onboarding tour.
